A “Liminal State” is any state, stage, or period of time in which one is in the “in-between”. Neither here, nor there. Life is a series of liminal states, including life itself. A suspension between first inhale to last exhale. Some of these states in life are more intense than others, but in all cases, is often where we find ourselves the most overwhelmed. They are the moments and times when good support can feel the most difficult to find but is simultaneously the most valuable. It is when we are most in-need of community. I believe wholeheartedly that all of us deserve community and support systems that hold each other in our most vulnerable moments. To usher in these transformations with reverence and acknowledgment to the person(s) we once were, the person we are, and the one we are becoming.

The “Birth” that takes place when a new life is born is not just that of their life, but it is the birth of a family, the birth of new relationships, and the birth of You.

My goal and intention is to not just recognize these states in life but to honour them, cherish them, and to provide support for all where it is most needed.
